Personal Emergency Cards
The Personal Emergency Card serves as a form of quick identification. In case of an emergency, the Personal Emergency Card provides first responders with immediate access to personal health-related information that may be important.
Our Safety Sub-Division invites you to create your own wallet-sized Personal Emergency Card to carry around with you. The ability to have it printed makes it easy to read and allows for less errors to occur. While filling out the Personal Emergency Card, make sure you put down a contact that you can rely on and trust, like a parent, family friend, or mentor.
What does ICE mean?
ICE means "In Case of Emergency". These ICE cards are very useful to medical responders so they can tend to one quickly and have medical information on hand, as well as contact information for ones next of kin.
